Shipping policy

We deliver to people who are 18 years and older. 

During high seasons the delivery may take a little longer. 

Jewelry items are usually shipped the day after your order is placed. Normal delivery time is 1–5 business days within Sweden;  5-15 business days to most EU countires and up to 25 business days for the rest of the world. 

For other products, the delivery time is approximately 5–18 business days.

Shipping is free for orders over 600 SEK within Sweden. Otherwise, shipping costs 69 SEK within Sweden, 190 SEK for Europe and 210 SEK for the rest of the world. 

For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. For shipping destinations outside the EU, please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.

We strive to deliver your orders within the mentioned above time to the delivery address you mentioned at the checkout. Please be aware the above delivery times depend entirely on the post carriers and we are not responsible for any delays.

We deliver Monday to Friday except for national holidays.
